How to take Sildenafil + Dapoxetine

Timing
Oral PDE5 is commonly taken 30–120 minutes beforehand. Dapoxetine is often taken 1.5–2 hours prior with enough water. If you have heart disease or take nitrates, talk to a clinician first.
Food and alcohol
Sildenafil is delayed by fatty meals. Tadalafil is more stable, but alcohol still increases dizziness and low blood pressure. Do not double the dose if it feels weak.
Dose
Start low. Dual or liquid products combine two molecules — not a first-time full dose.
